What is Vocation Action Network?
Vocation Action Network is the most effective vehicle to promote vocations in the new millennium:
- Vocation: We are committed to keeping the Faith alive through active vocations promotion. We want to re-ignite in the hearts of all Catholics the personal responsibility they have to promote vocations. We want to stir the flame of urgency, and challenge people to respond to the absolute necessity of vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life in the Church.
- Action: Christians are called to "pray as if everything depends on God and work as if everything depends on us!" VAN will provide you with promotional materials, tools, ideas and events, which enable you to make a visible difference in the life of the Church today.
- Network: We are a network centered on working with the Holy Spirit to initiate a vocational explosion. We will deliver support from our website and regional coordinators who are trained to help you find the most effective ways to promote vocations. By working together, we will be able to more effectively prepare the fertile soil from which God will call many vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life.
